Our enterprise, Open Society "Scientific Research Institute of fibreglasses and fibres", masters manufacture quick-detachable warmly isolation for pipeline armature.
The enterprise makes products - warmly isolation jackets for the following conditions:
- The maximal temperature on a surface of pipeline armature up to + 10000C;
- Conditions of operation - inside premises and on the open area.
Heat isolation a jacket represents the difficult multilayered design consisting from termochemicproof material - fiber glass fabrics, a basalt fabric, folmo fabrics (the fiber glass fabric covered with an aluminium foil), termochemicproof strings, a basalt fibre, belts from termochemicproof material. Products are made in various performance of integumentary fabrics that influences conditions of operation.
Simplicity of installation - can carry out installation and dismantle of products one worker on armature in diameter up to "Äó200". For big diameters it is necessary two workers that is caused by dimensions of a product. Installation of a product is carried out with the help of tapes.
That is very important - workers of a repair brigade which serves the given armature can carry out installation works not only experts on heat isolation, but also. Hence, isolation on installation and dismantle of a product that reduces expenses for operation is not required attraction of experts on heat and increases efficiency of repair work.

Inorganic binder NS-1
fire-protective material, able to protect any metallic or wooden surface from fire. NS-1 is adhesive to almost all materials (steel, except stainless steel, concrete, ceramics, glass).
Application domain
high-temperature glues, glues with fibrous fillers, pastes, reinforced with fibers, are used when lining and repairing furnaces, for manufacture of heat-insulation plates, for gluing heat-insulation materials to different surfaces and constructions (metal, concrete etc).

Cord of silica thread (ShTK)
Application
gasket cords from silica thread (ShTK) as thermal barrier in different processes, run at high temperatures (up to 1150 °C). Specifically, when gasketing doors of thermal cells, moving elements of furnaces, compensation joints of lining of these furnaces etc.
Special features of materials from silica thread
materials are resistant to heat stroke and high radiation , at high temperatures and heightened humid they are perfect electric-insulation materials, can be used for a long period of time at 1150 °C and at more high temperatures for a short period. Articles from silica thread are resistant to organic and inorganic acids even at heightened temperature (except hydrofluoric, phosphorus, hydrochloric acids) and weak alkalis. Materials from silica thread are splendid substitutes for asbestos, are not harmful for health of those, who utilize them.
Gasket cords are elastic, supple, humid-, vibration-resistant, resist attack by solar radiation, very adhesive to high-temperature glues

Cord from basalt roving (ShTB)
Application:
heat insulation and sound proofing of thermal equipment, filtration of aggressive conditions
and corrosive gases. Also can be used as gasket element in heat exchangers, as resistant to acids and moisture reinforcement in composition materials.
Peculiarities of materials from basalt fiber: high chemical resistance to alkalis, acids and other
aggressive conditions, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, high coefficient of sound proofing etc.

Silica fabrics
Application: silica materials possess excellent high-temperature heat-insulation properties and keep heat. They are used in many industries. These materials are good thermal barrier and the best means of protection from fire and heat power's influence during processes, connected with high temperatures.
Peculiarities of materials: silica materials have low thermal conductivity, are good electro-insulation materials at high temperature and enlarged moisture, can be used for a long period of time at 1000 °C and at more high temperatures for a short period.
